The camps below are for youth entering Kindergarten in the Fall.
We apologize, but due to Ohio regulations, we are not able to accept younger children who are not entering kindergarten.
Each camp is designed around a weekly theme. Campers will explore the outdoors, unleash their creativity, and release their energy! They'll enjoy fun games, art projects, nature exploration, and more!
All Deerfield Summer Camps include daily, active, outdoor games. Please wear shoes appropriate for running, climbing, etc.
PLEASE READ: Grade Information
Please note that our system automatically rolls up your child's grade on June 1st each year.
If you are entering your household information during the school year and prior to June 1st, please enter the grade that they are currently completing. (ex: PK)
Errors in your child's age or grade can effect your ability to register.
March 1st: Early Registration for Deerfield Township Residents
April 1st: Open Registration for Residents and Non-Residents
Medical Conditions (Allergies, Medications, etc)
Your child's safety is important to us. Please be sure to include all medical conditions (ex: allergies, asthma, dietary restrictions, medications) that you feel we should be aware of on your child's account information. This will be pulled into your child's registration so that our staff may review it prior to camp.
Changes made on your account to your child's medical information must be made by the Wednesday prior to camp. Please notify the Camp Director if you make a change after the Wednesday prior to camp so that our rosters can be updated.
Deerfield Township staff are not permitted to administer medication. If your child needs medication during program hours, staff may hold the medication until the child asks for it. Staff can not be responsible for reminding children of medication times or the administration of any medication.
Deerfield Township values all children. If your child needs special assistance during program hours, please speak with our Camp Director so that we may work together to determine feasible accommodations and to ensure a positive experience for your child.
This camp is managed and staffed by the Deerfield Township Parks and Recreation Department.
All camp counselors are at least 18 years of age and undergo a background check and drug screening.
Camp Counselors attend mandatory training prior to the start of camp, which includes First Aid/CPR Certification.
For questions regarding Deerfield Township Camps, please contact our Camp Director, Stephanie, at 513.701.6977 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Children must be signed in and out each day.
Children may only be picked up by an Authorized Adult indicated on the child's camp registration. For additions and changes of Authorized Adults after the start of camp, please bring a note signed by the parent/guardian.
A valid photo ID is required at the time of pick up.
